Question: How many invitations should I mail?
Answer: Based on our experience, certain factors need to be considered
when deciding how many invitations should be mailed. These factors include:
room capacity, group dynamics, driving distance and commute time, and which
invitation you prefer. A rule-of-thumb is 3,500 invitations per seminar
date/time. But testing is an important step toward finding which
invitation works the best in your area, and with your message.
Question: Can you help me with the content (text) of my invitation?
Answer: Yes, we have many templates to shoose from based on the focus of
your message including retirement goals, hedging against a bear market,
planning for college tuitions and many more.
Question: Can you help me avoid Postal delays?
Answer: Although Midlantic nor the US Postal Service guarantees the mail
time, we do offer drop shipments in most areas. Drop shipments take the bulk of
any delay out of the USPS system. We verify your mail here in Daytona Beach,
then pick it up from the post office, and courier the mail directly to the USPS
in your local area. THis expedites the delivery and prevents your mail from
being "bumped" by other mail waiting here at our local facility.
Question: Can I add my photo or logo?
Answer: Yes, you can add your photo and/or logo to any piece of art we
design. We recommend a photo/logo saved in high-resolution (at least 300
dpi at actual size) for best quality; we cannot take responsibility for poor
artwork not designed by our own creative team.
Question: Can I get a manifest of the list for telemarketing
purposes?
Answer: Yes, you can receive a paper copy of the mailing list. There is
a small fee for this, if you want us to print it, or we can email it to you at
no charge for you to print out on your own. Keep in mind that unless you have
your SAN number (Subscription Account Number - as assigned by the FTC), we
are not authorized to release the phone numbers to you. For more information,
click here for instructions from the FTC to obtain your own SAN number.
Question: Can I get a copy of my guest database?
Answer: Yes, in most cases you may export your database directly fro
mthe website tools under administration. However, if your Internet or browser
settings prevent you from doig so, we can email the list or burn it to a disk
for you for a small fee.
Question: How long will it take for the prospects to receive my
invitation?
Answer: The USPS states that First Class Mail should take 1-3
days, and Presort Standard Mail (bulk mail) should take 2-9 days. The “days”
are those days in which the USPS is delivering mail. Drop shipping standard
mail will speed up the delivery, but the USPS makes no guarantees. We always
suggest preparing your campaign in advance - last minute mailings and rush
orders historically show less response than well-planned mailings that provide
that extra day or two to ensure that delays don't hamper the promotion's
effectiveness.
