Financial Systems Features include...
-
Exportable Manifests
- Our new system will enable you to export your guest lists into simple, clean
comma delimited files for easy compatibility with Outlook, ACT!, QuickBooks or
other client/contact management.
-
More Reports
- Keeping track of your guests is only one feature of our online management
system. We can also track response, schedule future mail campaigns and compare
seminar effectiveness. Is it coincidence that all your seminars at restaurant
"A" were more successful than the ones at restaurant "B"? When chance results
develop into patterns, we give you the tools to make logical comparisons so you
can make the right decisions.
-
Master List Control
- When scheduling seminars, there will always be people who show up just to
take advantage of your hospitality that have no intention of investing with
you. But how do you prevent "feeders" from continually making reservations and
filling up valuable seats? Honestly, you can't - at least not completely, but
we allow you to build your own "Black List" of guests that we will suppress
from each future mailing that greatly reduces their frequency. With a
simple click of a button, you can control your guest and mailing lists right
from your own administration screens.
-
Seminar Calendar
- We offer a calendar system that gives you a snapshot view of each month and
the number of guests scheduled for each seminar at each host location.
-
Host Management - You can also close out certain dates or suspend
reservations for a specific date and/or time simply by updating the seminar
status. If you see a certain date filling up too quickly, you can close it to
encourage more guests to reserve different dates.
